Most Big Sky Precision products are shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS. You will receive tracking information with your purchase receipt. Free shipping on all orders within the United States!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products purchased at bigskyprecision.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment and may take 5-7 business days to process.
Products purchased anywhere except bigskyprecision.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

WARRANTY INFO

All Big Sky Precision products are covered by a 100%, lifetime warranty, with the exception of those made from aluminum. Defective products and parts made from aluminum can be replaced for up to one year from the original purchase date.
Proof of malfunction or defect is required (photo or video) and the defective product will need to be returned (no cost for return shipping).
The defective product will be replaced at no cost (including shipping).
Replacement product(s) will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
